DESIGN
The shell-like (maybe marble) embellishment on the straps of these beautiful is the most breathtaking thing we have worked on so far and reminds us of the intricate architecture of Shela town, Lamu. They are made by craftsmen we met who uses 3D technology to recycle plastic. Sustainable fashion is not the future, it is now and we are not getting left out. The bag itself is woven using fine strands of sisal dipped in a solution of vegetable dye. Due to its medium size, this makes for an excellent bag for the day as it sits comfortably over your shoulder.
